The 30 Day Shred? Is such a thing possible? maybe, but its only a 30 minute work out?
I have read a lot a reviews and seen pictures of the results, it seems pretty good.
Today I complete day 4 of level 1 and boy I hope it gets easier! The basis of the 30 day shred is as follows
- 30 Days
- 3 Levels
- 10 Days each level
basically the work out is split up into 5 different sections
- Warm Up
- Circuit #1 – 3 mins Strength, 2 mins Cardio & 1 min Abs
- Circuit #2 – 3 mins Strength, 2 mins Cardio & 1 min Abs – Different Exercises than C1
- Circuit # – 3 mins Strength, 2 mins Cardio & 1 min Abs – Again, different except cardio which is a combination of the workouts in C1 & C2.
- Cool down
It goes for approx 30 mins and is actually pretty hard core. For me, i have done a lot of cardio, and now adding in this DVD I have found it hard! today was easier but I still could not finish without a break.
Here’s hoping that it gets better, at the moment I am really scared about day 11 and moving up to level 2.
